datawirefra.me ("we", "us", "our") builds a dashboard wireframing tool for data and BI teams. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the product and keep it improving — we do not sell your data.

Account & wireframe data — if you create an account or wireframes in the app (app.datawirefra.me), we store the information you provide (such as your email address) and the content you create, using Supabase as our database and authentication provider.

Newsletter — if you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address solely to send you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Usage analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (e.g. pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Contact — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.

To provide, maintain, and improve the wireframing tool.

To send you the newsletter or product updates you signed up for.

To understand aggregate usage patterns and fix bugs.

To respond to support requests you send us.

We use local storage to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and layout choice. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this site and app: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Supabase (database and authentication). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

We keep account and wireframe data for as long as your account is active. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Your rights below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing gabriel@cybermetrie.ca. We will respond as quickly as we can.

datawirefra.me is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
