Choropleth on revenue, not on count. Territories are the sales hierarchy, which does not map cleanly to countries. Confirm the crosswalk before building.

Trailing eight quarters. Prior year is a faint band behind the current series, not a second solid area, which reads as a stack.
Revenue bridge: prior to current
Waterfall. Power BI and Tableau both need a custom visual or a calculated bridge table for this. Flag it in the build estimate.
