Annotated, Not Just Drawn

8 elements carry a spec note: the grain of the chart, where the number comes from, what the filter applies to, what happens on click. They open in the editor and travel into the exported build spec, so whoever builds it in Tableau reads the same thing the stakeholder signed off. Three of this template's:

  • Incident log

Reference, severity, site, raised at, resolved at, duration, root cause. Root cause is free text and will be sparse. Expect it to be blank for a third of rows.

  • Throughput vs. target

Rolling 60 minutes, refreshed every 5. This page is meant for a wall screen. No tooltips, no interaction, everything legible from three metres.

  • Mean time to resolve

Clock stops at resolution, not at closure. The gap between the two is usually days and it makes MTTR look far worse than it is.

Who This Template Is For

Operations managers and process leads who need a screen the floor actually watches, not a dashboard that only works with a mouse.
